I first met Anita whilst looking to improve my health and fitness. I found her manner towards me as a client professional and she was knowledgeable. Anita completed an assessment on my needs, took measurements and devised an exercise plan which concentrated on the areas that needed improving. She also advised on dietary and fluid intake to help maintain a good overall balance. The programme set at a level acceptable for my fitness level but also challenged me. When training together Anita encouraged me to work and even made adaptation if I was unable to do the planned exercise and made me feel like I wanted to push myself more.
