What is a personalised training program and how does it work?

A personalised training program is a customised 6 week plan designed to help you achieve your pole and aerial goals. After completing a detailed intake questionnaire (and a movement screen for Gold and Platinum plans), we create a tailored program based on your strengths, weaknesses and goals. Your program includes structured workouts, video demonstrations and regular check ins to track progress and make adjustments.

Who would benefit from a personalised training program?

Anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility or overall performance for pole or aerial. Whether you have specific moves or tricks in mind, training for a competition or just want to feel stronger and more confident, our programs are designed to support you at any level.

How is this different from a generic workout plan?

Unlike generic plans, our programs are built specifically for you. Every exercise is chosen based on your goals, current ability, training environment and any limitations you may have. We also offer ongoing support to ensure you get the best results.

How do I get started?

Simply choose your preferred plan, complete the intake questionnaire and book your movement screen if applicable. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive your personalised training program.

Can I train at home or do I need gym access?

Our programs are fully adaptable to your training environment. Whether you train at home, in a gym or in a pole studio, we design your plan around the equipment and space you have available.

What support do I get during the program?

Depending on your plan, you will receive fortnightly or weekly check ins, where we review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. You can also send videos for form checks and ask questions via WhatsApp or email at any time.

What happens if I need to modify my program?

We adjust your plan based on your check ins and any feedback you provide. If you are struggling with an exercise or have any requests, we will make the necessary changes to keep you progressing.

How are check ins conducted?

Check ins are done via Teams, WhatsApp or email—whichever method works best for you. During these check ins we’ll discuss your progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments to your plan if needed. These are not assessments, but a 5-10 mins catch ups in relation to your program.

Can I upgrade my plan after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum at any time by paying the difference. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.

What if I have an injury?

If you have an existing injury, please let us know when completing your intake questionnaire. While we are experienced in working around injuries, a virtual physiotherapy session may be more appropriate for rehab-specific needs.

How long does the program last?

Each program lasts six weeks. You can renew your plan after that period to continue progressing.

What happens after I complete my 6 week program?

You have the option to continue with another personalised program or switch to a different plan if you want more or less support. Many clients choose ongoing programming to maintain and build on their progress.

Can I repeat the program after six weeks?

Yes! Many clients continue with their programs to keep progressing.

How do I track my workouts?

Your program includes space to log your workouts, helping you stay accountable and monitor progress. You can also provide feedback after each session to help us tailor future adjustments.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments via credit card, debit card and if you are based in the UK, bank transfers. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any service.

What is your cancelation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session by contacting us in writing via email. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in you forfeiting your appointment.
