If you want a structured training plan built specifically around you, your goals, your schedule, your equipment and your level, this is it.

Our 6-week programs are designed for pole dancers who want to get stronger, move better and perform at their best, without wasting time on generic workouts that don’t translate to pole. Everything is built from scratch for you, with ongoing support throughout to make sure you’re progressing and the plan is working.

Each program includes a fully customised 6-week plan for studio, gym, home or a mix, up to three workouts per week tailored to your schedule and equipment, video instructions for every exercise, form check support via video submission and fortnightly check ins via MS Teams, WhatsApp or email to review progress and adjust your plan as needed.

To get started, you’ll complete a training intake questionnaire so we can build your program around you. You’ll receive your plan within 72 hours and can get feedback on your form at any time throughout the 6 weeks.
